This Thursday, I went to Campus Recreation and Wellness Center that was located in S Madison St with my group members. It was the largest fitness center within the campus.
This was our first time to come here, so we felt exciting especially when we saw many equipment for fitness. There were a lot of students to do all kinds exercise in here, but we do not felt crowed, because this building has three layers and included basketball court, swimming poor and all finds of sports equipment. In fact, we did not to do fitness activity at this day, because we had a test tomorrow and many homework. Thus, we just took a look and took some pictures.
In conclusion, Campus Recreation and Wellness Center is a excellent place to do exercise. I will go to there when I have free time.

The CRWC is located on the southwest corner of Burlington and Madison Streets. Parking is
available one block southeast. The CRWC opened during the summer of 2010.
This state-of-the-art facility is over three levels, and contain a climbing
wall, three swimming pools, a diving well, a Leisure Swimming Pool, a jogging
track, two basketball/volleyball courts, a multi-activity gym, a café, some
locker rooms, upgraded club locker rooms, a Wellness Suite and the Recreational
Services Administrative Suite. The Wellness Suite brings together staff from UI
Wellness, Student Health & Wellness, and Recreational Services for fitness
assessments, nutrition counseling and a variety of other wellness
offerings. Massage Therapy is also available. In 2013, Best College Reviews ranked the CRWC #3 nationally in a publication outlining the 25 most amazing
campus student recreation centers. It really deserves the award.
When I first stepped into this center I was immediately surprised for its
great. Every place is so clean and clear. I do like the swimming pool area,
it’s amazing and you must have a try. What’s most important is if you are
student of our school you can enter by your student card freely. Wonderful! What are you waiting for!

we went to the CRWC on last Thursday . this gym is pretty ,and it was shocked me . how big it is !
to compare with the field house .it is much bigger. it has the modern equipment ,and professional training device. I always hanged out with my friend in the field house for playing basketball .however I told my friends that the CRWC is much better than the field house, we will change our place for taking exercise .the field house is really crowded and far away from our residence hall.
in the pictures , we can see that the huge swimming pool which is really clear, and there also have more than 40 running machine. I can't wait for swimming in the pool with friends.
