Movies at Coral Ridge Mall.

Today, we went to the Coral Ridge mall and decided to watch a movie, compared all the movie we decided to watch the movie "The 33". It's good, but I have to say the advertisement is too long which is about 30 minutes. The cinema was pretty good, because of the rain, there are only few people there. Everyone is very quite there and it has popcorn's smells everywhere. Because we already finished the dinner so we did't buy anything for eat. In conclusion it is really nice place for everyone, after finished the movie you can also go to the mall to go shopping.

     Comparer with the Cinema in China, this one in Coral Ridge Mall is smaller, but fewer people too. I like the decoration they had in here, and because fewer people, the cinema is also much quite than Chinese. The size of the screen and the quality of the sound are both good. But design of this cinema that is connect the wating room with mall together instead of seperate them attract me a lot. It is convenient for the customer to do the shopping after watching movie.

Today, our group went to Coral Ridge Mall to watch movies. This is the last Google Map project. Coral Ridge Mall's cinema is a good place to watch movies with friends. There are 10 different rooms. Those rooms have different size, some of them are big, some are small. The chair was so comfortable that I slept some times. I like watching prevue. It shows  a lot of exciting movies to me which I like. I think I will go to Coral Ridge Mall with my friends to watch movies again.

On Nov 17, 2015, I went with my classmates to Marcus Cinema in Coral Ridge Mall at 6 p.m. At first, I went there by the bus from downtown, and Aurora, Lin, and Jared came by their cars. We desided to watch the movie The 33 at 7:10 p.m. Then, we bought some popcorn and drinks before we inter to the movie theater. There wasn't lots of people because it was in the middle of the week. When it was the middle of the movie, Aurora had slept a little bit because she was so tired. However, we had enjoied our time that day. It was a great movie.

Coral Ridge Ice Arena

Last Friday our group went to the Coral Ridge Ice Arena for ice skating. It's located in target. When we got there, we were all excited for the thing we gonna do. The day we went there had a lot of children too. Although they are young, the skated well than us! Some children also intently tumbled on the ice ground. The laughter resounded in the whole skating rink. I skated in my childhood too, but it was on the ground and different with this place which is on ice. There were several times I was going to fall over. At last I was able to skate in the straight line without any help. I was so cheerful for this. We had really a fun time in the skating rink, and I satisfied myself with panda express which is beside the skating area after we finished skating. Next time I hope I will come with my friends again.

We went to the Coral Ridge Mall to skate on last Friday. It is so interesting but definitely kind of difficult for me. Although i had passed by many times but this is my first time to play it. The ice ground is big enough to at least 100 people. I think it is so cool because when you are skating on the ice which just feels like fly, and the temperature is cold in the ground so i can take an imagine that i was walking through a lake on the top. I think there is a good thing that there were not too many people on Friday, which also means that i had less opportunity to run down other people. But i found one truth is that the people who played on the ground are children under 15 mostly, and i skated not so good....To sum up, I think it is a wonderful place to have fun. I believe with couple days training, everyone would get the skills to skate. Hope you guys have fun.

COMPARER－YU

I have been skate in China when I was 6 years old. I enjoy skating because skating make me feel free. In America I have a chance to skate I feel so excited. Ahmed, Elbert, Tallis and I went to Coral Ridge Mall and went skate on Friday afternoon. There are some children skating when we arrived and the space is the normal size. When we started skating I felt pretty good because the ice surface is very smoothy. We really enjoy the experience of skating here. Comparing with China’s skate rinks which are uneven make me feel not comfortable and feel very dangerous because I will fall down. I prefer the America’s skate rinks.

My group and I have planned to go to do ice skating since the beginning of last week. On last Friday, after we finished our classes, we met outside the BHC building. Then, we went to the Coral Ridge Mall with Yu’s friend. After that, we were watching the people who was playing there, and we felt excited. As soon as we paid the amount, we took our boots. Then we entered the ice court. It was really hard for me at the beginning because it was my first time. Then, I used to it. Finally, we enjoyed playing there. It was good experience for me.

IMU CAB MOVIE

  This week, I went to IMU with my group members to watch a movie called Fantastic Four. In fact, we would have watched Mission impossible, but two of my group members had watched it. We went to IMU on Wednesday evening. I remembered the weather was too windy in that day. We bought four tickets, and JJ was so nice, and generate to buy tickets. Compared with other movie theatres, tickets are not expensive. We enjoyed this movie in the beginning, but at the end, we are both sleepy because the story is very normal, and I can imagine what happened next, but in general, the story appeal people to go against evil, and yearn for peace. It talked about four people who have beyond capacity help people who need help. Meanwhile, they prevent evil’s plan that destroy the world. I thought IMU is a good way to watch movies because it was not only cheap but also near the University. I recommend this place strongly!

Actually I have already been to IMU Cab movie several times before our Google map project. Since I really love this place, I was glad that our group chooses this place to watch movie. IMU Cab movie provides a really great environment for watching movies. The seats are comfortable and the quantity is also enough for audiences. What attracts me the most is the price of ticket, which only costs 3 dollars for each movie, much more cheaper than my hometown’s cinemas. The sound equipment is pretty good. However, because of the low price, the screen might not be as good as those high-price cinemas. Generally, it should be a nice place to see movies, especially the movies that had been taken placed in other cinemas. I would keep seeing movies there in the future days!

Last week our group went to the IMU to see the movie. The place was very quiet. Just our group and other fourth people saw this movie which is name Fantastic 4.First, we bought the ticket for this movie. Person who bought this ticket was very nice that he did not make us to wait long time. Then we started to watch movie which is a mazing movie. In the benign, I feel this boring, but after some minutes it became very excited. It was quiet place, so we were enjoying to watch the movie. Also, it has a parking for the car near this place. I like this place to watch movie in it, so I will go another time to see other movies.

On last Thursday, we went to IMU to watch the film, fantastic 4. I have watched several interesting films at IMU. I think IMU is familiar for everyone because we have lots of orientations and meetings there. When we turn lights on, the room looks like study room and formal. However, when the room is dark, it truly looks like cinema. The tickets are sold at first floor and the films are on the third floor. One ticket just cost three dollars and it is truly cheap. When we arrived there, the film has already begun.  However, it is around eight o’clock, so there are not may people. We should find our seat in dark situation. Even though we miss some interesting parts at the beginning of the film, which I judge by other audiences’ laughing, we still have a good time at there. Watching an interesting film with friends is a good choice, especially horrible films. 

Currier Hall

Friday, November 13^th, 2015 was the day I and my group, Cathy, Jisoo, and Yvette decided to go to have fun in Currier Hall and play Pool. Our classes are in the Blank Honor Center, and Currier Hall is so close to it, so it was easy for us to go there after finishing classes. After we finished our classes, we decided to go for lunch first and then go to play pool. While the Burge Hall is very close that is between BHC and Currier Hall, we went to the Burge Hall for lunch together. After the delicious lunch we had, we moved directly to the Currier Hall where Cathy is living. As we entered the building, we went to the reception table, and there were a lot of people who are enrolled newly in the university. Cathy was who signed for billiards stuff balls and cues because she has tried that before since she is living there. The place was quiet, and no body was there except us. We spent very nice time there. I should go again with my friends. Having fun can release the life pressure.

Last week my group mates and I went to Currier which is my dorm to play pool. Currier is next to Burge that means that it is not far from BHC. If you want to play it after class, you can go Currier. It is easy to borrow the pool. You can just use your student ID card to borrow. The advantage of this place is that it is not far from our class and you can come whenever you want. However, the disadvantage of it is that there are only two tables to play. If there are so many people want to play it, you have to wait for a long time. While even if it has disadvantage, it is a good place for you to have fun. You can play pool with your friends here. Wish all of you will have a good time here.

Last Friday our group went to the pool in the Currier Hall after class. First, Cathy went to her dorm to bring her group member’s card which could make us borrow the pool from the desk. Then we brought the cues and balls to the table. Jisoo and I played eight-ball which means we should hit the black eight ball finally. Jisoo is really good at playing pool. Sometimes I play the pool with my friends in the Petersen Hall, and I think it is a good activity for us to relax. This kind of activity does not depend on the weather or any other reasons. If you want, you can enjoy it no matter when and where. It also does not need many energies like playing basketball. Hence, I consider it is a suitable sport for both girls and boys. Finally, we return the balls to the desk and I think all of us obtained an unforgettable Friday afternoon.

Our group members went to the Currier dorm’s pool table to play the pool on November 13rd, 2015. I liked the place because it was pretty clean and there were not very many people around, so when I compare to other place’s pool table it was really quite and clean. I mostly go to IMU pool table to play the pool with friends, but after I knew Currier dorm’s pool table I am going to start go there to play the pool with friends now. Currier’s pool table was fresh looking and newish looking than IMU’s pool table. I assume that not very many people use Currier’s pool table. For all, we had fun and enjoyed playing pool together.

AT 3:30 pm this Monday Nov.9, LU,SUMMER,RUOXI and I decided to go to Graze to eat something. But when we arrived here we found it didn't open yet, so we took pictures outside first. Then we went to the ice cream shop which just in the opposite of Graze  to wait it open. At 5 pm it finally opened, and we went to order two sushi food. One California king and one Crispy shrimp, And both of them tasted very delicious. This restaurant's decoration looked very simple and comfortable. I noticed there have a lot of wine and beer in the cabinet. If you are already over 21 years old, you can come here to have a drink. I bet you will like this feel of the restaurant.

    This week, our group went to the Graze to have some food. When I walked in Graze, I was impressed by the decoration of the bar counter, which has many beautiful bottles containing spirits. In addition, Graze is decorated in a cozy atmosphere; to make it clear, there are a lot of orange lights that can make guests feel warm and homey and the fabulous scenery of the street is available from Graze. However, hen it comes to the food, it is not so satisfying. Price was high for what was served. Food was ok but nothing amazing or noteworthy enough to worth the price. Furthermore, while I was ordering the food, I was confused about what kind of restaurants it is. They have Chinese spring rolls, French crab cakes, Japanese sushi and American burgers and fries. As a result, the variety of cuisine makes Graze not special. I suggest that they should focus on a specific field of cuisine. In a nutshell, I may not highly recommend Graze to my friends, but it is still a good place to go if you want to try different types of food.

On Monday, I and my group members went to the GRAZE. GRAZE is in the downtown, so it is not far away from our study halls. And it is near the University Capitol Center, so it is easy to find. It takes about 10 minutes walking from Blank Honors Center. If you do not want to walk you can take a bus or a taxi to get to the UCC first and then walk there, because cars are not allowing to drive in that street. GRAZE is not like the normal restaurants to eat food, people also can drink there, in graze there are some special drinks. But people under 21 are not allowing to drink. We went there at dinner time, in GRAZE there are PLATES, SUSHI, SALADS, SIDES and DESSERT. I like sushi much more, because I think sushi match Asian flavor much better. When you get in the GRAZE, the waiter will take you to the seat, and they will order to you, you do not have to do these things by yourselves.
